在进行弹簧钢丝的拉伸试验时,最常见的误差是数值低于实际值,也常发生装夹中的滑移现象,不易操作,尤其是直径小于1毫米以下的钢丝,情况更为严重,其原因主要是受试钢丝的断口绝大部分出现在夹头内,仅有很少比率系正常的。为此,不少单位作了不少的改进,例如用砂纸垫在夹头与钢丝之间或用细锉刀作夹头等等。这些方法对试验的准确性有所改善,我们对此作了一些方法上的改进,希望通过不同的途径来提高试验准确性,现将我们的改进情况介绍如下。
