目的 :探讨 EGFR单克隆抗体导向药物对恶性肿瘤的治疗作用。方法 :通过制备 EGFRA单克隆抗体与化疗药物的偶联物并应用于临床 ,并观察其在恶性肿瘤的治疗中的作用及副作用。结果 :应用后缓解临床症状同时 ,明显减轻化疗药物对组织器官的副反应。结论 :抗体导向药物治疗恶性肿瘤是一个新的有效的方法 ,同时能减少药物对正常组织毒副反应
Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of EGFR monoclonal antibody-directed drugs on malignant tumors. Methods :The conjugates of EGFRA monoclonal antibody and chemotherapeutic drugs were prepared and applied in clinic. The effects and side effects in the treatment of malignant tumors were observed. Results: After application, clinical symptoms were alleviated, and side effects of chemotherapy drugs on tissues and organs were significantly reduced. Conclusion: Antibody-directed drugs are a new and effective method for the treatment of malignant tumors, and can also reduce the toxicity of drugs to normal tissues.
