目前国内常规气藏,主要采用酸压、完井一趟管柱完井,管柱配套有井下安全阀,地面配套控制系统,更换管柱时多采用压井作业实施。涪陵页岩气田完井方式与常规气田不同,主要采用水平井桥塞分段压裂完井,不能实现压裂、完井一趟管柱工艺。涪陵页岩气田所选用的套管规格限制了井下安全阀可选用的规格,将会影响测试、井下节流等技术的应用,需要研制适合涪陵页岩气井的较大通径井下安全控制管柱。
At present, the conventional gas reservoirs in China mainly use acid pressure to complete well pipe string completion. The well pipe is equipped with a safety valve in the underground and an auxiliary control system on the ground. When the pipe string is replaced, more well killing operations are used. Fuling shale gas field completion method is different from the conventional gas field, the main use of horizontal well plug plug fracture completion, can not achieve fracturing, completion of a trip column process. The selection of casing specifications for Fuling shale gas fields limits the specifications that can be used for safety valves in underground wells and will affect the application of technologies such as testing and downhole throttling. It is necessary to develop a larger diameter downhole safety control string suitable for Fuling shale gas wells.
