研究了葡萄糖饲料和淀粉饲料中添加 2mg/kg有机铬对初始体重约 1 4g的奥尼罗非鱼鱼种生长和糖利用的影响。经过 8周饲养 ,添加烟酸铬和吡啶羧酸铬的葡萄糖组罗非鱼特定生长率显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。饲料效率在添加烟酸铬和吡啶羧酸铬的葡萄糖组和淀粉组均显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。全鱼营养成分分析表明 ,添加吡啶羧酸铬、乙酸铬的葡萄糖组罗非鱼水分含量显著低于相应的淀粉组 ,而粗脂肪含量显著高于相应的淀粉组 (P <0 0 5 )。添加吡啶羧酸铬的葡萄糖组肝脏果糖二磷酸酶活力显著低于相应的淀粉组 ,而背肌磷酸果糖激酶活力显著高于相应的淀粉组 (P <0 0 5 )。结果说明 ,有机铬能显著促进罗非鱼对葡萄糖的利用 ;罗非鱼对葡萄糖和淀粉的利用能力无显著差异 ,但饲料糖源对体成分有显著影响
The effects of adding 2 mg / kg organic chromium to glucose feed and starch diet on the growth and sugar utilization of O. niloticus species with an initial body weight of about 14 g were studied. After 8 weeks of feeding, the specific growth rate of tilapia fed with chromium nicotinate and chromium picolinate was significantly higher than that of the control (P <0.05). Feed efficiency was significantly higher in the glucose and starch groups with addition of chromium nicotinate and chromium picolinate than in the control group (P <0.05). The analysis of the nutrient composition of whole fish showed that the moisture content of tilapia fed with chromium picolinate and chromium acetate was significantly lower than that of corresponding starch, while the content of crude fat was significantly higher than that of corresponding starch (P <0 05). The activity of hepatic fructose bisphosphatase in the glucose-added glucose group was significantly lower than that of the corresponding starch group, but the activity of phosphofructokinase in the dorsal muscle muscle was significantly higher than that of the corresponding starch group (P <0.05). The results showed that organic chromium significantly promoted the utilization of glucose in tilapia. There was no significant difference in the utilization of glucose and starch between tilapia and tilapia, but the feed sugar had a significant effect on body composition
