玉米自交系两种配合力在杂种一代的表现

本文用双列杂交试验资料分析了玉米自交系的两种配合力在 F_1代的表现:杂种优势取决于双亲的配合力总效应;特殊配合力效应(?)与 F_1的相关性比一般配合力效应(?)更为密切;(?)是直接形成杂种优势的主要原因。杂交组合的两种配合力间呈中等程度的正相关;配合力变化时,(?)的变化远大于(?)均,(?)与高(?)间有更密切的正相关。(?)与特殊配合力水平((?))两者是完全一致的;随着(?)的变化,(?)的变化几乎大一倍。作者认为:玉米育种要着重培育配合力高的自交系,关键是 g.c.a.高;用广谱测验种筛选 g.c.a.和用自交系测验种改良 g.c.a,均有较高的效率;配合力类型是选择亲本配合力的适宜指标,优良的配合力类型有四种;高产的配合力组合是:双亲的(?)≥中,至少一亲为高(?),双亲的(?)的平均值为中。 In this paper, we analyzed the combining ability of two inbred lines of maize inbred lines in F1 generation by using the double-line hybridization test data.
