差生问题是世界上每一个实施普及义务教育制度的国家普遍存在的问题。对差生及其形成的研究越来越引起专家学者的重视,本文首先对“差生”进行定义,接着以问卷调查的统计结果来呈现目前上海市部分职业学校“差生”的现状,继而从课程的角度提出:职业学校“差生”的形成是源于“传递中心课程”的主宰和“潜在课程”的忽视,最后提出了预防与矫治的办法:实施“对话中心课程”。
