目的研究平颏海蛇干体的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从平颏海蛇干体中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:棕榈酸(1),油酸甲酯(2),油酸(3),3-methoxycholest-5-ene(4),Stigmasta-5,24(28)-diene,3-methoxy-,(3β,24E)(5),Tetracosanamide,N-[(1S,2R,3E)-2-hydroxy-1-(hydroxymethyl)-3,7-heptadecadien-1-yl](6),5α-Cholestan-3β-ol,5,6β-dibromo-,nonanoate(7),Cholestane-3,5,6-triol,3-nonanoate(8),胆甾-5-烯-3β,7β-二醇(9),胆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(10)。结论所有化合物均为首次从平颏海蛇中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Hippophae rhamnoides. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by their physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten compounds were isolated and identified as palmitic acid (1), methyl oleate (2), oleic acid (3), 3-methoxycholest-5-ene -5,24 (28) -diene, 3-methoxy-, (3β, 24E) (5) Tetracosanamide, N - [(1S, 2R, 3E) -2-hydroxy- -heptadecadien-1-yl] (6), 5α-Cholestan-3β-ol, 5,6β-dibromo-, nonanoate (7), Cholestane-3,5,6-triol, 5-ene-3β, 7β-diol (9), cholest-5-ene-3β, 7α-diol (10). Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from Porphyridium spp. For the first time.
