新任中学历史教师在图片教学素材准备中常显得左右为难,在教学过程中,又往往感觉到骑虎难下,教学窘境困扰着新任教师,影响新任教师专业素质的发展。教学窘境的产生主要有三方面原因:对课程改革核心理念把握不准确,对教育技术本质理解不到位,对学生学习规律了解不充分。在教学实践中,新任教师要把握好“看准”“找准”“讲准”三大方略,图片教学才能取得较好效果。
The new middle school history teachers often seem dilemma in the preparation of picture teaching materials. In the course of teaching, they often feel that riding a tiger is difficult, and the dilemma of teaching haunts the new teachers and affects the development of new teachers’ professional qualities. There are mainly three reasons for the emergence of teaching dilemma: the core concepts of curriculum reform are not accurately grasped, the understanding of the essence of educational technology is not in place, and the learning rules of students are not fully understood. In the teaching practice, the new teacher should grasp the three strategies of “seeing”, “finding out” “speaking”, and the picture teaching can achieve better results.
