1984年1月16日至19日在台湾举行了关于减轻多种自然灾害的联合讨论会。与会学者就地震学、岩土工程、洪水灾害与控制、极端气象条件与预报、风力与抗风设计、地震工程和自然灾害紧急管理等问题进行了学术交流,并建议在下列学术领域加强综合研究.一、地震工程A、强震地面运动的研究1、一个点上的三维强震地面运动随时间的变化可通过富里埃谱、相关函数、互相关函数、概率分布、平均值、变异系数等表征,要研究①震源机制影响;②场地影响;③震中距影响;④震级影
A joint seminar on alleviating various natural disasters was held in Taiwan from January 16 to January 19, 1984. Participants held academic exchanges on seismology, geotechnical engineering, flood disaster and control, extreme weather conditions and forecasts, wind and wind resistance design, earthquake engineering and emergency management of natural disasters. They also proposed to strengthen the comprehensive study in the following academic fields Earthquake Engineering A. Study on the Ground Motion of a Strong Earthquake 1. The ground motion of a three-dimensional strong earthquake at a point over time can be analyzed by means of Fourier spectrum, correlation function, cross-correlation function, probability distribution, average value, coefficient of variation, etc. Characterization, to study the ① source mechanism; ② site impact; ③ epicentral distance; ④ magnitude
