本文建立了用毛细管电泳法分析制革液中硫化物的检测,使用内层线性丙烯酰胺柱可以有效减少电渗流,运行溶液为0.05mol·L-1的磷酸盐溶液,pH=8.4,负电压分离,分离电压10kV,高差压力进样,进样高10cm,时间10s,紫外检测波长214nm,样品保留时间和峰高的相对偏差为2.1%和3.0%。最小检测量0.1μg/mL,在0.41~6.56μg/mL范围内相关系数0.9992,回收率92%~106%。
