在实验室条件下,以取食痕/cm2 、着卵数/cm2 等指标,采用自由选择法与非自由选择法测定了美洲斑潜蝇(Liriomyza sativae Blanchard) 对菜豆属、豇豆属、甜瓜属、丝瓜属、苦瓜属、葫芦属中16 个蔬菜品种( 系) 的选择性差异。结果表明美洲斑潜蝇对黄瓜津杂4 号、菜豆特长架豆、豇豆之豇28 - 2 品种的取食、产卵选择性较差,表现为非嗜好;而对黄瓜津春4 号、菜豆玉豆35 、豇豆无架豆的取食产卵选择性较强,表现为嗜好性;对不同属植物的选择性从强到弱依次为菜豆属> 豇豆属> 甜瓜属> 丝瓜属> 葫芦属;对苦瓜属表现为不选择
Under laboratory conditions, the indica (Liriomyza sativae Blanchard) was used to determine the content of bean, genus Vigna, melon , Gourd genus, bitter melon genus, Cucurbita 16 varieties of vegetables (lines) selective differences.
