目前,全球气候变暖已经成为不争的事实,为了减缓气候变化,保护人类生存的环境,需要国际社会密切合作,及早减少温室气体排放。随着2009年丹麦哥本哈根气候变化大会的落幕,气候变化与贸易的关系再一次进入人们的视野。在此背景下,气候变化与贸易,成为贸易领域研究的前沿问题,而“气候变化”与“贸易”这两个貌似没有直接联系的概念在本质上是密不可分的。
At present, global warming has become an indisputable fact. To mitigate climate change and protect the environment for human survival, the international community needs to work closely to reduce greenhouse gas emissions as soon as possible. With the closing of the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference in Denmark in 2009, the relationship between climate change and trade has once again entered the horizon. In this context, climate change and trade have become frontier issues in the field of trade research, and the two concepts of “climate change” and “trade” that seemingly have no direct connection are intrinsically inseparable.
