淘宝网从2003年成立开始,用户不断增多,交易额不断上升,取得了巨大的成功。在电子商务日益发展的今天,旅行社面临着巨大的机遇和挑战,对此旅行社应充分重视旅游电商的发展。淘宝网的信用评级等模式对旅行社的经营管理也有着重要的借鉴作用,浙江省各旅行可以充分利用浙江旅游电子商务良好的发展环境,形成自身的评价体系等,从而不断提高其自身的竞争力。
