产品模型是产品设计、制造的基础，存在于产品的全生命周期中。协同、并行的产品设计与制造需要与之相适应的建模系统。本文在总结了目前流行的一些产品建模系统后，提出一种适应于协同设计的建模方法；引入形状特征的概念，完成产品的形状特征建模；采用特征转换和映射工具将产品的形状特征模型转换为工程特征模型并映射到不同领域的应用中，以实现产品的协同设计与制造。
Product model is the basis of product design and manufacturing, which exists in the whole life cycle of the product. Collaborative, parallel product design and manufacturing needs to be compatible with the modeling system. After summarizing some popular product modeling systems, this paper proposes a modeling method that is suitable for collaborative design. By introducing the concept of shape features, the product shape features are modeled. The shape and shape of products are transformed by using feature transformation and mapping tools. The feature model is transformed into an engineering feature model and mapped into applications in different fields so as to realize the collaborative design and manufacture of the product.
