我院1960年早期诊断一喉癌病例,经放疗及喉半切手术治愈后,完全保留了喉的功能,现已正常生活工作廿四年。病例资料患者王××,男性,42岁,天津人,本院司药。于1960年3月10日囚音哑三个月入院,三个月来,觉有咽喉部不适,发声轻度嘶哑,误认为感冒所致,在门诊内科进行一段治疗,入院前两周,因音哑加重,转专科检查,发现右声带有小新生物,立即取活组织病检,病理报告为喉鳞癌,即收入院。追问病史,自声哑后常有喉痒感,轻度咳
