档案工作是一项非常具体、非常琐碎的工作,需要的是认真、细心和耐心,需要的是年复一年、日复一日的坚持。大凡从事档案工作的同事多是女生,很少有男生参与其中。但在我看来,男生从事档案工作有女生所不具备的优势:坚强、勇气、力量以及更善于去繁就简、自我调整。掐指算来,我与档案结缘时光不算太短。我是1997年大学毕业后参加工作的,是全省农发行系统首批入行大学生,一直就在业务一线工作。其间,从2000年开始我就与档案工作
Archives work is a very specific and very trivial task. What we need is seriousness, patience and patience. What we need is year after year and day after day persistence. Most of the colleagues in the archive work are mostly girls, few boys involved. However, in my opinion, there are advantages girls have in girls who do not work in archives.
