The authors believe that optimizing the capital structure is of great significance to the existence and development of geological exploration units. Starting with the analysis of the financial status of other industries, the article puts forward the ideal capital structure mode of geological exploration units in light of the characteristics and current status of the geology and mining industry, and expounds the ways of optimizing the capital structure of geological exploration units.
