细胞凋亡(Apoptosis)是生理性的细胞死亡,是由基因控制的有序的细胞自主性死亡,其意义在于去除不需要、衰老和异常的细胞,在个体发育和维持内环境的稳定中起着必不可少的作用[1]。细胞凋亡是多基因严格控制的一个主动过程,有复杂的分子生物学机制,涉及到一系列的基因激活、表达以及调控等[2]。细胞凋亡近多年来是生物学和医学领域研究的一个热点,本文对细胞凋亡的检测方法及其进展作一综述。
Apoptosis is a physiological cell death that is a genetically controlled, autonomous cell death that has the effect of removing unwanted, senescent, and abnormal cells from the development of the individual and the maintenance of homeostasis An indispensable role [1]. Apoptosis is a multi-gene strict control of an active process, a complex molecular biological mechanism, involves a series of gene activation, expression and regulation [2]. Apoptosis has been a hotspot in the field of biology and medicine for many years. In this paper, the detection methods and progress of apoptosis are reviewed.
