From August 22 to August 25, 1990, the Supreme People’s Court held a forum on education and training of all cadres in courts in Tianjin. The 30 senior people’s courts nationwide, the vice president of education and the vice-principal of the legal profession, and the personnel director attended the symposium. The main topics for this meeting are: to further implement the instructions of the central leadership on strengthening the education and training of court officials and the requirements of the 15th National Working Conference on Courts to strengthen the building of the contingent; to study and implement the requirements of the Central Political Consultative Committee and the " Leading cadres carry out regular rounds
