本组18例患者,男12例,女6例,年龄32～78岁。脊柱转移部位:腰椎9例,颈椎2例,胸椎5例,骶椎2例。其中腺癌12例,未做病理6例,原发病灶:肺癌6例,前列腺癌2例,恶黑1例,淋巴肉瘤1例,子宫癌2例,原发灶不明6例。18例病人都有明显腰背痛,12例病人有下肢放射痛,其中6例病人是首发症状以腰
This group of 18 patients, 12 males and 6 females, aged 32 to 78 years old. Spinal metastases: 9 cases of lumbar spine, 2 cases of cervical spine, 5 cases of thoracic spine, and 2 cases of sacral vertebrae. There were 12 cases of adenocarcinoma and 6 cases without pathology. The primary lesions included 6 cases of lung cancer, 2 cases of prostate cancer, 1 case of malignant black, 1 case of lymphosarcoma, 2 cases of uterine cancer, and 6 cases of primary tumor. Eighteen patients had significant low back pain, and 12 patients had leg radiating pain. Among them, 6 patients were the first symptom with waist.
