我校的课改工作如同一个生命体,经历了落地、扎根、生长的过程,从原来初级版强调学生展练技能的“读练课堂”上升到如今更强调遵循教育本真的“三自生长课堂”。在推进的进程中,“生长课堂”的模式、体系逐步建立,并不断完善、巩固和扩展。在课改深化过程中,学生不断成长,教师不断生长、学校不断发展。
