目的研究磷脂对双氢杨梅黄素理化性质的影响。方法采用溶剂挥发法,对以乙醇为溶剂得到双氢杨梅黄素经磷脂处理后的样品,进行热分析、X-射线衍射分析;对其在水和正辛醇中的溶解度及油水分配系数进行测定。结果与双氢杨梅黄素比较,经磷脂处理后的样品在热分析及X-射线衍射分析谱图中发生明显变化,晶体特征消失;处理后的样品在水和正辛醇中的溶解度分别提高了12倍和73倍,油水分配系数也有所增大。结论双氢杨梅黄素经磷脂处理后的理化性质发生较大改变。
Objective To study the effect of phospholipids on physico-chemical properties of dihydromyricetin. Methods Solvent evaporation method was used to get dihydromyricetin treated with phospholipid with ethanol as solvent. The samples were analyzed by thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction. The solubility in water and n-octanol and the oil-water partition coefficients were determined. Results Compared with dihydromyricetin, the samples treated with phospholipid showed obvious changes in thermal analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis, and the crystal characteristics disappeared. The solubilities of the treated samples in water and n-octanol increased respectively 12 times and 73 times, oil and water distribution coefficient has also increased. Conclusion The physicochemical properties of dihydromyricetin after phospholipid treatment have changed greatly.
