目的了解某保暖材料生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素、劳动者接触水平、职业病危害现状等做出综合评价,对可能造成劳动者健康损害的环节提出合理的改进措施。方法采用现场检测职业病危害因素、实验室检验及劳动卫生学现场调查等方法。结果生产保温材料过程中主要产生的职业病危害因素有矽尘(总尘2.0 mg/m~3、呼尘1.8 mg/m~3)、和噪声(91.7 dB(A));还产生一氧化碳(0.1 mg/m~3)、二氧化碳(1802 mg/m~3)、二氧化氮、二氧化硫;高温(30)、工频电场82.5(V/m)等职业病危害因素。结论粉尘、噪声超过国家职业限值;新型外墙保温材料生产线项目属于(十七)石墨及其他非金属矿物制品制造,经综合分析判定,项目职业病危害风险类别为“职业病危害严重”;应加强相关防护措施进行预防,防止职业病发生。
OBJECTIVE To understand the occupational hazards, the exposure level of workers and the status of occupational diseases in the production process of a certain warm material, make a comprehensive evaluation and put forward reasonable improvement measures for the links that may cause the workers’ health damage. Methods The on-site detection of occupational hazards, laboratory tests and on-site labor hygiene survey methods. Conclusion The dust and noise exceed the national occupational limits. The new type of external insulation material production line belongs to (17) Graphite and other non-metallic mineral products. According to the comprehensive analysis and judgment, the risk category of occupational hazards is “serious occupational disease hazard”; Should strengthen the relevant protective measures to prevent and prevent occupational diseases.
