长期性恒温恒湿培养箱多采用集中管理的方式,其设备数量受使用空间的制约,能耗较大,且存在极大的安全隐患。为解决上述情况,设计了一种基于恒温恒湿机组、无纸记录仪及组态软件的自制温湿度监控系统,对整个实验室温湿度进行控制。结果表明相同使用面积情况下,达到了数十台恒温恒湿培养箱同时工作的效果,可节省大量资金,并降低能耗。
Long-term constant temperature and humidity incubator to use more centralized management methods, the number of devices by the use of space constraints, energy consumption, and there is a huge security risk. In order to solve the above situation, a self-made temperature and humidity monitoring system based on constant temperature and humidity unit, paperless recorder and configuration software was designed to control the temperature and humidity in the whole laboratory. The results show that the same area under the use of circumstances, reached dozens of constant temperature and humidity incubator work at the same time, can save a lot of money, and reduce energy consumption.
