用抗寒性不同的黄瓜品种,在子叶期和三片真叶期,研究了不同低温胁迫、低温胁迫不同时间以及不同渗透时间对叶片电解质渗出率的影响。结果表明:子叶期幼苗在一3℃低温下处理 18 h、渗透 90 min,是用电导法鉴定黄瓜品种抗寒性的适宜条件,三片真叶期与子叶期的鉴定结果一致。
The effect of different low temperature stress, different time of low temperature stress and different penetration time on the electrolyte leakage rate of leaves was studied with cucumber cultivars with different cold resistance in cotyledon stage and three true leaf stage. The results showed that seedlings of cotyledon stage were treated under low temperature of 3 ℃ for 18 h and permeated for 90 min. The optimum conditions for identifying the cold resistance of cucumber varieties by conductivity method were as follows: the identification results of three true leaf stage and cotyledon stage were the same.
