捷克教育家夸美纽斯认为,不顾及学生的学习志趣和心理特点,而强迫学生去学习的人,就是大大地害了他们。受此启发,在小学音乐课堂教学中,我从生本出发,摸索出一条适合儿童身心发展规律的自主性教学模式。即:优化情境、营造氛围——互换角色、自发探究——参与体验、自由表现——树立标准、自主评价。这套教学模式以尊重学生的自我意识和个性发展意愿为前提,以信任和挖掘学生的音乐天赋和潜能为目标,以调动学生的内在需求和激发学生的学习能动性为原则,以让学生享受快乐和愉悦为最终目的,体现了以人为本的核心理念。
Czech educator Comenius believes that, regardless of student learning and psychological characteristics, and forcing students to learn, is greatly hurt them. Inspired by this, in the primary school music classroom teaching, I set out from the perspective of life and worked out an autonomous teaching mode that suits children’s physical and mental development. That is: to optimize the situation and create an atmosphere - the role of exchange, spontaneous inquiry - to participate in the experience, free expression - to establish standards, independent evaluation. The teaching mode is based on the principle of respecting students ’self-awareness and individual development intentions, aiming at trusting and excavating students’ musical talent and potential, aiming at arousing students ’intrinsic needs and stimulating students’ motivation in learning so as to make students enjoy themselves And pleasure for the ultimate goal, embodies the people-centered core concept.
