“十五”期间我国民爆行业生产总值达到140亿元,保持着15%的增长速度,工业炸药产量由128万吨增加到240万吨,工业雷管产量由21亿发增加到32亿发。在需求增长的拉动下,民爆生产企业利润平均增速29．65%。国防科工委对我国民爆生产企业的整合制定了详细的时间表,2008年底完成民爆行业第一次大规模整合,到“十一五”末我国民爆企业数量将由现在的404家整合为200家以内。下一步国家还要提高准入门槛,在全国培育若干家集科研、生产、销售、爆破服务为一体的大型企业集团,使行业更加健康有序的发展。
During the “Tenth Five-year Plan”, China’s civilian explosive industry output reached 14 billion yuan, maintaining a growth rate of 15%. The output of industrial explosives increased from 1.28 million tons to 2.4 million tons. The output of industrial detonators rose from 2.1 billion to 3.2 billion . Driven by the increase in demand, civil explosive manufacturers profits average growth of 29.65%. National Defense Science and Industry Commission on the civil explosive manufacturing enterprises in China formulated a detailed timetable for the completion of the civil explosive industry by the end of 2008 the first large-scale integration to the end of the “Eleventh Five-Year” China’s explosive business will now 404 integrated Less than 200. The next step is to increase the access threshold for the country and cultivate a number of large-scale enterprise groups nationwide that integrate scientific research, production, sales and blasting services to make the industry more healthy and orderly development.
