文从节能的目的出发,介绍了纺织工业部65攻关项目“染整工艺过程部分参数自动控制、提高产品质量的研究,锅炉热平衡测试系统”中有关旧锅炉设备如何通过改造强化信息管理,来提高锅炉的运行效率,达到节能的目的。目前许多企业的旧锅炉设备,存在着严重的“煤糊涂”现象。由于缺乏信息管理手段,一些锅炉的运行效率极低,造成了能源的浪费。本文试图将该科研成果介绍给有关企业,帮助解决上述问题。文中介绍了方案选择、系统流程,举出一些电路的设计方法,绘出了完整的实际程控电路图。最后列出了用户结语。
Starting from the purpose of saving energy, this paper introduces 65 key research projects of the Ministry of Textile Industry, “automatic control of some parameters of dyeing and finishing process, research on product quality improvement, boiler thermal balance test system”, and how to improve the old boiler equipment by reforming and strengthening information management Boiler operating efficiency, to achieve energy-saving purposes. At present, many enterprises of the old boiler equipment, there is a serious “coal paste” phenomenon. Due to the lack of information management tools, some boilers operate very inefficiently, resulting in a waste of energy.
