虽然我国提倡经济的可持续发展,但是就当前而言,依旧走的是先污染后治理的方式,特别是民族地区,因为经济的不发达,以牺牲环境为代价换取经济发展的模式依旧存在。将民族地区和我国的东西部地区的低碳经济发展进行对比分析,找出民族地区低碳经济发展所存在的问题,并就如何进行政府规制提出自己的建议。 Although China advocates the sustainable development of economy, for the moment it is still the way of pollution control first, especially in ethnic areas. Because of the underdevelopment of economy, the mode of economic development at the expense of environment is still existed. The comparative analysis of the development of low-carbon economy between ethnic areas and the eastern and western regions of our country is made to find out the problems existing in the development of low-carbon economy in minority areas and make some suggestions on how to regulate the government.
