目的:观察敷脐疗法结合耳穴压豆治疗人工流产后腹痛的临床疗效。方法:将203例患者随机分为4组。对照组56例给予常规治疗及护理。中药敷脐组41例在对照组治疗基础上予中药(主要由当归尾、三七组成)敷脐治疗。耳穴压豆组49例在对照组治疗基础上予王不留行籽贴在耳穴肾、子宫、卵巢、内分泌、肝、交感治疗。综合治疗组57例在对照组治疗基础上同时给予中药敷脐及耳穴压豆治疗。观察4组人工流产后腹痛的情况。结果:①术后1小时疼痛减轻程度4组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);其中疼痛分级为0级(无痛)的比例:综合疗法组>耳穴压豆组>中药敷脐组>对照组。②术后1天疼痛减轻程度4组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);其中疼痛分级为0级(无痛)的比例:综合疗法组>耳穴压豆组>中药敷脐组>对照组。③术后7天疼痛减轻程度4组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);其中疼痛分级为0级(无痛)的比例:综合疗法组与中药敷脐组>耳穴压豆组>对照组。结论:敷脐疗法结合耳穴压豆对降低人工流产后腹痛等症状的发生有明显效果,可减轻患者痛苦。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of umbilicus therapy combined with ear acupuncture pressure beans in treatment of abdominal pain after induced abortion. Methods: 203 patients were randomly divided into 4 groups. Control group of 56 patients given conventional treatment and care. In the control group, 41 cases of Chinese Umbilicus group were treated with Chinese medicine (mainly composed of Angelica sinensis and Panax notoginseng) on the basis of the control group. Ear pressure bean group of 49 cases in the control group based on the treatment of Wang Buyu line seed attached to the ear, kidney, uterus, ovary, endocrine, liver, sympathetic treatment. 57 cases of comprehensive treatment group in the control group on the basis of treatment while giving the application of umbilical and ear acupressure beans treatment. Observe abdominal pain in 4 groups after induced abortion. Results: ① There was significant difference in the degree of pain relief 1 hour after operation between the 4 groups (P <0.05), and the proportion of pain grade 0 (painless): comprehensive therapy group> ear acupressure group> Group> control group. ② There was significant difference in the degree of pain relief 1 day after operation between the 4 groups (P <0.01), and the proportion of pain grade 0 (painless) in the 4 groups: comprehensive therapy group, ear acupuncture pressure bean group, > Control group. (3) The degree of pain reduction in the 7th day after operation was significantly different between the 4 groups (P <0.05), and the ratio of pain grade 0 to no pain was 4: Control group. Conclusion: Umbilicus therapy combined with Auricular pressure beans can reduce the incidence of abdominal pain and other symptoms after induced abortion, which can reduce the pain of patients.
