目的掌握湖北省桶装饮用水微生物污染状况,为食品安全监督管理提供理论依据。方法 2014—2015年随机抽取湖北省生产领域和流通领域桶装饮用水共209批次,按照国家标准对其进行菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌和酵母计数、沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等6个项目的检测,并对结果进行分析评价。结果 209批次桶装饮用水总合格率为54.07%(113/209),其中合格率最低的项目为菌落总数(55.50%),其次分别为霉菌和酵母(89.95%)、大肠菌群(91.39%)、致病菌(99.52%)。不同属地和不同抽检领域样品合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),省会城市、地市、县级及以下生产企业产品合格率依次降低,生产领域产品合格率明显高于流通领域。结论 2014—2015年湖北省桶装饮用水微生物项目合格率较低,应引起生产企业和食品监管部门的重视,加强对桶装水的监督和管理。
Objective To understand the status of microbial contamination of barreled drinking water in Hubei Province and to provide a theoretical basis for food safety supervision and management. Methods A total of 209 batches of bottled drinking water in the field of production and circulation in Hubei province were randomly selected from 2014 to 2015. The total number of colony, coliform bacteria, molds and yeasts, Salmonella, Shigella, golden yellow Staphylococcus aureus and other six items of testing, and the results were analyzed and evaluated. Results The total passing rate of bottled drinking water in 209 batches was 54.07% (113/209). The lowest pass rate was 55.50% of the total number of colonies, followed by mold and yeast (89.95%), coliform (91.39%), %), Pathogenic bacteria (99.52%). The sample passing rate in different fields and different sampling areas was significantly different (P <0.05). The pass rates of products in provincial cities, prefectures and cities, prefectures and below were successively lower, and the passing rate of products in production areas was significantly higher than that in circulation areas. Conclusion The low pass rate of barreled drinking water microbes in Hubei Province during 2014-2015 should pay more attention to the production enterprises and food regulatory authorities and strengthen the supervision and management of barreled water.
