1.控制原理和存在问题(1)行走及驻车制动控制原理XM50型铣刨机行走采用液压驱动,主要由行走泵、3个变量行走马达、减速器、排量比例控制阀、机械式行走手柄、制动阀、液压油箱等组成,如图1所示。铣刨机前进、停机、后退及行驶速度的切换,由机械式行走手柄的软轴拉动行走泵排量比例控制阀来实现。向前推动行走手柄时,行走泵正转,且向前推动幅度越大,排量比例控制阀将行走泵斜盘角度拉得越大,行走泵排出油量越大,前进速度越快;
