目的检测宫颈癌患者中HPV感染情况,探讨HPV感染与宫颈癌相关性,联合细胞DNA检测,在宫颈癌筛查中的应用价值,提高准确率。方法 100例宫颈癌患者HPV及DNA检测情况,石蜡切片对比分析,结果 HPV感染联合细胞DNA检测确诊99例,确诊率为99%。结论 HPV感染联合细胞DNA倍体分析应用于宫颈癌筛查,可以减少误诊及漏诊,明确病因,提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To detect the HPV infection in patients with cervical cancer, to explore the correlation between HPV infection and cervical cancer, DNA detection in combination with cervical cancer screening, and to improve the accuracy. Methods 100 cases of cervical cancer patients with HPV and DNA detection, paraffin sections comparative analysis, the results of HPV infection combined with DNA testing confirmed 99 cases, the diagnosis rate was 99%. Conclusion HPV infection combined with DNA ploidy analysis of cervical cancer screening can reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, a clear cause, improve the diagnostic accuracy.
