8月22日,《集装箱化》杂志社和上海友松国际集装箱运输咨询有限公司联合主办了“集装箱安全动议(CSI)与“24小时规则”座谈研讨会。参加研讨的有中资和外资集装箱班轮运输公司、货运公司、船务公司、码头经营公司、律师事务所、以及上海海运学院法律系和国航系等20多个单位50余位代表就“CSI”和“24小时规则”的实施及遇到的问题进行了广泛的座谈与研讨。《集装箱化》杂志社社长兼总编刘鼎铭教授、顾问宋德驰教授、我国海商法专家尹东年教授,以及杂志社和上海友松国际集装箱运输咨询有限公司相关人员也参加了这次专题座谈与研讨。会议由《集装箱化》杂志社编委会常务副主任李玉如副教授主持。
