我们公司的前身是一家城镇集体企业，1992年6月组建集团，紧接着于当年12月获准改制为股份有限公司，成为我国首家以建筑业为主体的规范化股份制试点企业。其中核心企业东阳三建公司是全国500家经济效益最好的建筑企业之一。那么股份制企业作为现代企业制度的典型形式要不要建?
Our predecessor was a town collective enterprise. In June 1992, it formed a group and was allowed to reform into a joint stock limited company in December of that year. It became the first standardized pilot joint-stock enterprise in China based on the construction industry. One of the core enterprise Dongyang Sanjian Company is one of the 500 best-performing construction enterprises in the country. So joint-stock enterprises as a typical form of modern enterprise system or not to build?
