偏平变断面零件采用轧制成型的方式,比其他方式,如切削加工、模锻、辊锻等具有生产效率高、设备简单,金属消耗少和成本低等优点。作者与有关单位协作成功地轧出了四种符合产品要求的变断面零件。在此基础上,对偏平变断面的孔型设计的要点、孔型组成、型腔尺寸计算、孔型配制等孔型设计方法进行了探讨,为变断面零件生产提供了新的工艺技术途径。
Partial flattening deformation of the rolling parts by rolling the way, than other methods, such as cutting, forging, roll forging with high production efficiency, simple equipment, less metal consumption and low cost advantages. The author successfully rolled out four different cross-sectional parts that meet the product requirements in collaboration with the relevant units. On the basis of this, the key points of the hole design, the hole pattern, the calculation of the cavity size, the hole pattern and other hole design methods were discussed, which provided a new way for the production of the variable section parts.
