目的对采自中国湛江红树植物木榄的乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行深入系统的化学成分研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等手段,结合理化性质和波谱数据,对木榄的乙酸乙酯萃取部分的化合物进行分离鉴定。结果从木榄的乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离得到6个化合物。经现代波谱学分析(1H-NMR,2DNMR,MS等),分别鉴定为:细胞松弛素D(cytochalasin D,1);孢松菌素D(zygosporin D,2);petasol(3);sporogen AO-1(4);6-dehydropetasol(5)和3α-hydroxy-11-peroxyl-eremophila-6,9-dien-8-one(6)。结论化合物1~6均为首次从红树科植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extracted from the mangrove plant Zamiaceae in Zhanjiang, China. Methods Silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and other means, combined with physical and chemical properties and spectral data, the ethyl acetate extraction part of the compounds were isolated and identified. Results Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction part of Radix. The results of modern spectroscopic analysis (1H-NMR, 2DNMR, MS, etc.) were identified as cytochalasin D (1), zygosporin D (2), petasol -1 (4); 6-dehydropetasol (5) and 3α-hydroxy-11-peroxyl-eremophila-6,9-dien-8-one (6). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from mangrove plants for the first time.
