如何加强施工企业工程成本控制,有效地控制成本,提高企业经济效益,已成为企业目前非常紧迫任务。如何进行成本控制以及成本管理的好与差直接关系到一个企业的经济效益的好与坏,甚至关系到企业的生存、发展。本文通过对施工企业工程成本控制的重要性,指出存在的主要问题及原因,并对解决这些问题进行粗浅的探讨。
How to strengthen construction enterprise cost control, effectively control costs and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises has become a very urgent task for enterprises. How to control costs and cost control is good and bad directly related to an enterprise’s economic benefits of good and bad, and even related to the survival and development of enterprises. In this paper, through the importance of construction cost control, the paper points out the main problems and their causes, and discusses the solution to these problems.
