本文根据前人的分裂选择,高低杂交法,穿梭育种的研究结果及我们的育种实践,综述两端育种的理论与现状.认为两端育种利用修饰基因的缓冲作用,在群体内的优劣两端个体间进行多次轮回选择及杂交,开发作物的潜在变异.在选择方法上两端育种利用不同的地理环境,异地间交叉进行选择,选择适应性广的基因型,同时提出在人工创造的上下限两端栽培条件下进行选择的两端选择法及两端育种和生物技术结合应用于今后育种实践的新设想.
In this paper, based on the previous studies on the division and selection, the hybridization between high and low, shuttle breeding and our breeding practice, the theory and current status of breeding at both ends were reviewed. It is considered that the breeding of both ends adopts the buffering effect of the modified gene and carries out multiple cycle selection and crossing among the individuals at both ends of the population to develop the latent mutation of the crop. In the selection method, breeding at both ends utilizes different geographic environments and crosses over different places to select the most adaptable genotypes. At the same time, a two-terminal selection method with both ends Breeding and biotechnology combined application of future new ideas for breeding practice.
