随着国民经济的飞速发展,真空技术在各个领域得到更广泛的应用,同时对低真空的测量提出了越来越高的要求。为了适应低真空的准确测量,我们研制了几种性能稳定的新型热偶规管,其特点是:性能稳定,量程宽(10~(-1)~10~(-2)帕),结构紧凑小巧,适应性强。与传统的热偶规管DL—3相比,还具有反应快、抗氧化、抗污染、寿命长等优点。
