从向日葵环斑花叶病株分离到一株黄瓜花叶病毒

从北京郊区的向日葵环斑花叶病株上,分离到一个黄瓜花叶病毒的毒株(简称CMV—RS),其寄主范围广及11科的37种植物,除能系统侵染几种菊科植物外,还能侵染多种葫芦科和茄科植物,以及蚕豆、大豆、油莱、玉米和蓖麻等。CMV—RS的血清学和理化性质(包括病毒的形态大小、沉降性质、外壳蛋白及核酸的分子量)虽与CMV的许多株系无甚差别,但就寄主范围而言是很有特点的一个株系。用CMV—RS抗血清监测京郊向日葵病株,大部分呈阳性反应,因此应密切注意CMV在向日葵生产中的危害。 A cucumber mosaic virus (CMV-RS) strain was isolated from the sunflower ring mosaic in the suburbs of Beijing. Its host range was wide and covered with 37 species of 11 families. In addition to the ability to infect several species of chrysanthemum Branch plants, but also infect a variety of Cucurbitaceae and Solanaceae plants, as well as fava beans, soybeans, oil Lai, corn and castor. The serological and physico-chemical properties of CMV-RS (including the morphological size of the virus, the sedimentation properties, the coat protein, and the molecular weight of the nucleic acid), although not very different from many strains of CMV, are characteristic of the host range system. CMV-RS antiserum monitoring suburbs of Beijing sunflower disease, most of the positive reaction, it should pay close attention to CMV in sunflower production hazards.
