目的了解辽宁省6市2013年男性居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平及其特征,为制定恶性肿瘤的防治策略提供参考依据。方法收集辽宁省死因网络直报系统2013年1—12月的死亡数据,采用国际疾病分类第10版(ICD-10)进行编码和死因分类,对辽宁省6市男性居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平和特征进行分析。结果辽宁省6市2013年男性恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为208.94/10万,标化死亡率为132.58/10万,占全死因构成的28.2%;死因前10位恶性肿瘤依次为肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠肛门癌、食管癌、胰腺癌、淋巴瘤、白血病、膀胱癌和脑及中枢神经系统癌,前10位恶性肿瘤合计死亡率为180.21/10万,标化死亡率为114.29/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤死亡构成的86.3%;男性恶性肿瘤死亡率在40岁~年龄组之前均处于较低水平,之后开始有不同幅度升高,且随年龄增长而升高,均在85岁~年龄组达到高峰。结论辽宁省不同地区、年龄男性居民恶性肿瘤死亡特征不同,应采取综合的恶性肿瘤防控策略以降低该地区恶性肿瘤死亡率。
Objective To understand the level and characteristics of malignant tumor deaths among male residents in 6 cities of Liaoning Province in 2013 and provide reference for the development of prevention and treatment strategies for malignant tumors. Methods The data of death from Jan.-Dec. 2013 from the network of death causes in Liaoning province were collected. The data of ICD-10 and the causes of death were collected. The mortality and characteristics of malignant tumors in 6 male urban residents in Liaoning Province were analyzed. Analyze. Results The crude mortality rate of male malignant tumors was 208.94 / lakh in 6 cities of Liaoning Province in 2013, with a standardized mortality rate of 132.58 / lakh, accounting for 28.2% of all causes of death. The top 10 malignant tumors of the causes of death were lung cancer, liver cancer, gastric cancer , Colorectal anorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, bladder cancer and brain and central nervous system cancer. The total mortality rate of the top 10 malignant tumors was 180.21 / 100,000 and the standardized mortality rate was 114.29 / 100,000 , Accounting for 86.3% of all malignant tumor deaths. The mortality rate of male malignant tumors was low before the age of 40 to the age group, and then began to increase at different ages and increased with age, The age group peaked. Conclusion Different regions of Liaoning Province have different characteristics of death from malignant tumors among male males. Comprehensive cancer prevention and control strategies should be adopted to reduce the malignant tumor mortality rate in this area.
