新经济时代是全球人才素质和人才标准发生量变和质变的时代,人才的内涵、底蕴和外延将有别于传统的人才观。本文在阐述新经济特征基础上,分析了新经济时代市场营销环境的变化,进而系统地提出新经济条件下市场营销人才应具备的素养。 The era of new economy is the era of quantitative and qualitative change in the quality and standards of human resources in the world. The connotation, heritage and extension of talents will be different from the traditional concept of talent. Based on the characteristics of the new economy, this paper analyzes the changes of the marketing environment in the new economic era, and systematically puts forward the qualities that the marketing professionals should possess under the new economic conditions.
