目的 :研究CD15、c erbB 2、PCNA和组织蛋白酶D(cathepsinD ,Cath D)表达与食管癌分级、浸润、转移和预后的关系 ,以及CD15表达与c erbB 2、PCNA和Cath D表达的相互关系。方法 :应用微波 SP免疫组化法 ,检测 6 5例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中CD15、c erbB 2、PCNA和Cath D表达水平。结果 :在食管癌中CD15、c erbB 2、PCNA和Cath D表达阳性率分别为 5 8 5 %、5 0 8%、6 9 2 %和 6 4 6 %。CD15、c erbB 2、PCNA和Cath D表达均与肿瘤分级、浸润、淋巴结转移和预后相关。CD15表达与c erbB 2、PCNA和Cath D表达呈正相关。结论 :CD15、c erbB 2、PCNA和Cath D是食管癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标。食管癌CD15与c erbB 2、PCNA和Cath D表达具有相互协同作用可能。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD15, c erbB 2, PCNA, and cathepsinD (Cath D) and the grading, invasion, metastasis, and prognosis of esophageal cancer, and the relationship between CD15 expression and the expression of c erbB 2, PCNA, and Cath D. . Methods : Microwave SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD15, c erbB 2, PCNA and Cath D in 65 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. RESULTS: The positive rates of CD15, c erbB 2, PCNA and Cath D expression in esophageal cancer were 585 %, 50 %, 6 9 2 % and 6 4 6 %, respectively. Expression of CD15, c erbB 2, PCNA, and Cath D were associated with tumor grade, infiltration, lymph node metastasis, and prognosis. There was a positive correlation between CD15 expression and c erbB 2, PCNA and Cath D expression. Conclusion: CD15, c erbB 2, PCNA and Cath D are important biological indicators of high malignant and poor prognosis of esophageal cancer. Esophageal carcinoma CD15 and c erbB 2, PCNA and Cath D expression synergistically may be possible.
