福建省人民政府关于修改《福建省全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制实施办法》的决定福建省人民政府令第80号《福建省人民政府关于修改〈福建省全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制实施办法〉的决定》已经2002年7月29日省人民政府第43次常务会议通过,现予以公布,自公布之日起施行。省长习近平二○○二年八月六日福建省人民政府决定对《福建省全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制实施办法》作如下修改:将第十二条第(一)项修改为:“企业可以通过发展专业化协作,或相互间人才、资产、资金、技术的流动和商品购销渠道的互补,进行联营。具体的联营方式和有关事项,由企业双方以合同方式确定,不受政府主管部门行政干预。”本决定自公布之日起施行。《福建省全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制实施办法》根据本决定作相应的修改,重新公布。

The specific methods of affiliation and related matters shall be determined by contract between the two parties and not by the government Sectoral administrative intervention. "This decision shall come into force on the day of its promulgation. The Measures for the Implementation of the System of Transfer Operation of Industrial Enterprises under Ownership by Ownership in Fujian Province were revised and re-announced accordingly.
