吴××,男,24岁,农民,住院号2899。患者于入院前20余日,上山劳动时,用衣服擦汗不慎将黑色毛虫擦入左眼。当时感左眼疼痛,畏光、流泪。翌日,左眼睑红肿,睁眼困难,曾在当地医院诊为“左病毒性角膜炎”,予抗病毒治疗20余日,症状未减轻反而加重。于1991年6月24日来我院诊治。检查:视力右1.2,左0.05,左眼睑中度红肿,上睑结膜及球结膜重度充血。整个角膜高度水肿、混浊、不透光。其中央可见一圆形溃疡灶,荧光素染色阳性,直径0.5cm,深达基质浅层。

Check: visual acuity 1.2, left 0.05, moderate swelling of the left eyelid, conjunctiva and bulbar conjunctiva severe congestion. The entire corneal height edema, cloudy, opaque. The center of a circular ulcer can be seen, positive staining fluorescein, diameter 0.5cm, depth of the stromal shallow.
