以戊二醛、对苯二酚、苯二醇等药剂为主要成分配制而成的复方电话消毒剂模拟现场,实验研究表明:质量浓度为1% ,作用30 s,对试验菌的杀灭率达100 % ;作用5 min,能完全灭活HBsAg ;pH值2 ~6 均能达良好的消毒效果;随温度的升高,消毒效果在99 .99 % ~100 % 之间;有机物的影响较小,在现场使用可使自然菌减少并达到消毒要求。
The compound telephone disinfectant prepared by using glutaraldehyde, hydroquinone and benzenediol as the main ingredients was simulated on site. Experimental studies showed that the killing rate of test bacteria was 1% at a concentration of 1% for 30 seconds Up to 100%. After 5 min, HBsAg could be completely inactivated. The pH value from 2 to 6 could achieve good disinfection effect. With the increase of temperature, the disinfection efficiency was 99%. 99% ~ 100%; the influence of organic matter is smaller, the use of natural bacteria in the field can reduce and meet the disinfection requirements.
