海南岛昌化江大广坝工程PMP/PMF估算的研究成果,在1987年12月26~28日由河海大学召开的专题讨论会上通过了成果鉴定。有关单位应邀参加会议的26名水文、气象专家认为,由河海大学水资源水文系与水电部中南勘测设计院水文队合作研究的这一成果,采用了美国1982年提出的PMP最新概念,对海温、台风路径、冷空气活动及地形对暴雨的影响等主要因素进行了详细分析,研究的思路、方法新颖,成果合理可信,并为进一步开展低纬度地区台风移置的研究开拓了广阔前景。大广坝工程为世界银行贷款项目。这一研究成果,已得到世界银行专家的认可。
The result of PMP / PMF estimation of Daguangba Project of Changhua River in Hainan Island passed the appraisal of achievements at the Symposium held by Hohai University on December 26-28, 1987. 26 hydrologists and meteorologists invited by the relevant units attended the meeting and concluded that the result of a joint study by the Hydrology and Hydrology Department of Hohai University and the Hydrology Team of Zhongnan Investigation and Design Institute of the Ministry of Water and Electric Power adopted the latest PMP put forward by the United States in 1982, Sea temperature, typhoon path, cold air activity and the impact of terrain on the torrential rain are analyzed in detail. The research ideas, methods are novel, the results are reasonable and credible, and widen the research for further research on the typhoon displacement in low latitudes prospect. The Daguangba Project is a World Bank loan project. This research result has been approved by World Bank experts.
