本刊85年第4期的《奇数齿齿轮顶圆的测量与计算》一文。对于测量和计算奇数齿齿轮顶圆直径的方法以及误差分析作了详尽的介绍,内容很好。但旧由轮齿顶往往磨成小圆角,尺寸1不易测量得准确,现在就我们实践介绍一种简便方法,不论有孔齿轮还是带轴齿轮都可采用。如图所示,是一个有孔齿轮,我们测得孔内壁到一个齿顶的距离l,再测量孔径D,则齿顶圆直径是d_(?)=2l+D………(1)为了避免齿顶圆对孔的轴线存在圆跳动所造成的误差,我们测量了一个齿的l后,在对面的齿槽两边的任一齿上再测出l’,于是:
