介绍了采用主、从式单片机控制的离线示教式及在线示教式跟踪系统的构成原理及软、硬件设计,提出了一种针对开关信号的焊缝偏差延时记忆控制方法,并对再现跟踪精度的影响因素进行了分析.
This paper introduces the principle, software and hardware design of off-line teaching and on-line teaching tracking system controlled by both master and slave MCUs. A control method of delay deviation memory for welding deviation is proposed. The influencing factors of tracking accuracy are analyzed.
